1. Plain/ Lace Bras

Plain and lace bras do not have padded cups thus they can be easily folded and stored without interfering with their shape and the underwires; if they feature.

Simply fold one half of each bra over the other. When storing in the drawer, stuck the bras in a vertical position nicely.

If your plain or lace bras feature the underwires, arrange them in the drawer in such a way that the wires form an arc at the top part.

How about the straps? Clip them at the back of the bra.

2. Sports bras

It’s gym time but you can’t seem to locate your sports bra in your drawer! I know most of us find ourselves in such a scenario more often. But why is this especially common for a sports bra?

Well, most sports bras do not have a cup shape thus during storage they may find themselves in between other bras. So how do you fold a sports bra especially non-padded ones in such a way that you can easily locate it?

To start with, fold the bra along its length. Then, fold in three parts, that is, a third.

Remember, a sports bra can be bulkier and thus tend to take up your drawer space. To minimize space, store it in the storage box in a vertically upright position and then place the drawer box inside the drawer.

3. Padded bra

A padded bra should be handled with utmost care lest its cups get inverted and fail to fit like before.

As much as you may be tempted to fold one cup beneath the other to save on your drawer space, do not do so, as you risk ruining its ideal shape consequently feeling odd and uncomfortable in it.

So, how then should you fold padded bras in a drawer?

Simply lay the padded bra flat on your drawer with the two cups lying beside each other. Thereafter tuck in the straps behind for a neat look.

If you are organizing a lot of padded bras in the drawer, you may consider using a drawer partition system or even a box to achieve that perfect look.
